Way back when, when aerosol hair sprays were being threatened, my dear Aunt rushed to the store in her great big Buick and bought CASES of the stuff ’cause she wasn’t going to wreck her nails with the stupid pump type sprayers. I believe that Aunt Ila was personally responsible for my golf course opening two weeks earlier than it used to.

a few years ago my husband ate tuna at lunch with co-workers for an extended period, I miscarried a daughter during this time due to chromosome abnormalities with my husband, it was later proven that my husband was MERCURY POISONED from the tuna fish, which damaged his chromosomes, and caused me to miscarry…you can debate global warming, but there is no denying fossil fuels have contaminated our fish and air quality with mercury!!!!

I made it my personal goal in 2009 to add as much carbon to the environment as humanly possible. I was going to wait until December to calculate the ever important carbon footprint number……but I’m like a kid in the candy store and couldn’t wait. Turns out, I am reaching my goal even faster than expected. 40.01 tonnes per year. Not bad for an amateur.

Here’s a good tip: cut down every tree and bush in your yard. I did it this summer. It’s amazing how much you can see when you cut those damn things down.

Also, “green” parking spaces have begun to pop up around my city which is extremely irritating as they are prime spots. Due to this I have started to boycott those businesses.
