Of course the school would have to buy new ones to replace the 42 in your posession, but the goal is to ensure their continued reliance on excess soap and water to clean the trays. I think it would be best if you got some eggs, scrambled them (do not cook) and spread them across the trays. Egg Yolk is a nightmare to clean – then return the trays so they can complete their circle of life in helping the AG movement.
