    Ah hahaha!

  2. You’re right. Going green is bullsh*t. But if it gets big government to bankroll your crazy schemes, then who cares anyway? Right?

  3. Chris

I burn plastic milk jugs in my fireplace. Makes a good hot fire. I truly see no reason not to.
Most plastic can be burned and it’s the most efficient way to get rid of it.

I mocked myself today for taking the subway.

This site is great! This whole “green movement” crap is being shoved down our throats and all it is doing is making me and my family have an intense desire to destroy the environment. At my job they took away all the trash cans (except one) and replaced them with recycling boxes, took away all the disposable cups/utensils, and hooked up some stupid water saving spout in the kitchen. As a result I now throw all my trash in the recycle bin and walk to the one available trash bin to throw away anything that IS recyclable. I also bring my own environment damaging utensils and throw them away after every use. I love being antigreen!

    • You guys are losers

Wow, you guys are such losers. I went green and guess what? I saved a shit load of money to buy a house and guess what? My USED to be electric company is paying off MY STUDENTS LOANS!!!!! I’m not using my hard earn money to payoff my loans.

So while you guys are laying doing nothing useful thinking of ways to go anti-green, I’m saving money to retire early….

Enjoy living pay check to pay check boys, because this 23 year old girl is living her life the way she wants it.

      • Matt

        Hey Sugar,

Do you mean your former electric company? And do you mean hard earned money?

…How exactly did you acquire those student loans?

Also, please do not curse here. This is a family website.

The only people making financial windfall in the green movement are the companies that are pushing the overpriced, under-serving junk in our direction.

Let’s talk Prius (though I don’t blame auto companies for making somethign that somebody will pay them money for) – so forget about Prius – any electric car has some MAJOR GREEN problems.

First – Those cars have Batteries – dirty, lethal, toxic, batteries. They cost a FORTUNE to manufacture, produce massive industrial by-products, and then at the end of there roughly 2 – 3 year effective life, are dumped in landfills.

Second – electricity does not eliminate CO2. It merely moves the point of production from the car to the power plant – of which, we don’t have enough of, and the greenies won’t allow us to build anymore, especially if their nuclear. But I’m glad it makes greenies feel better to believe that they are saving the planet just because there car is not producing CO2.

This little diatribe shows how insane the green movement objectives are. They do not care about sustainability. They don’t think through their actions. Lethal/toxic batteries in landfills and excess power plant needs does not equal a green movement – it only makes the little subject feel imporant because “THEY” are not generating CO2.

Casting Producers are looking for anti-green families to experience an eco-makeover on the Planet Green Series Wa$ted.

The eco-makeover involves lifestyle tips, cool gadgets and products, superficial changes to the home and behavioral changes for your household. And the best part –there will be a CASH REWARD to the households who successfully clean up their acts. We are looking for people with out of control energy-wasting habits that need a big push in the right direction if they’ll ever have an efficient, effective green household.

If you and your family live within 2 hours of NYC and are up for the challenge email Greenhomes@liontv.us

Think of how much paper it took to apply for college admissions, student loans, financial aid, electricity, all those school mandated assignments, the gasoline consumed to take her junk and herself to college everyday, the food she probably wasted trying to learn to feed herself without mommy, hmm. She’s secretly on our side.

  12. Jen

I’m glad I’m not the only one that sees that going green is actually one more form of pre-socialism. Thanks for helping to get the word out. I too take fiendish delight in throwing my paper in the trash because as we all know, global worming is a bunch of bull.

I heard that Toyota polluted at least one huge river in China while testing and dumping those prius batteries. If we really want the world clean, we should protest those cars.
